Guwahati: On Sunday, a 5.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded in various areas of Northeast India, according to officials from the Assam government.
Fortunately, there have been no immediate reports of casualties or property damage.
The seismic event occurred at 4:41 PM, with its epicenter located in the Udalguri district, as confirmed by the officials.
